How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at naykidnl@gmail.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, you can return your order under the nay kid Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 10 days of receiving it. *Returns are applicable for orders made within The Netherlands. Please email naykidnl@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you. You will be charged for a Shipping and Handling Fee of 9,95 euros.
